- This promotional giveaway grants a full software license, including one year of maintenance and support to qualified entrants. Legitimate contact information must be provided for qualification. Licenses will not be delivered to anonymous or personal email accounts such as GMail, Yahoo or Hotmail accounts.
- By entering this promotion, entrant agrees to comply with these rules and agrees that JNetDirect, its subsidiaries and affiliates, will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion or from the acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any product giveaway, except as may be stated in the product documentation.

"Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, education, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

- CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE/LIABILITY LIMITATION: By its entry, participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules; and shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Virginia (Eastern Division) or the appropriate Virginia State Court located in Fairfax County, Virginia. Any judgment or award amount shall be limited to participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred, including costs, if any, associated with entering this giveaway promotion, but not attorneys' fees. Sponsor shall not be liable for punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
