Phone Verification means multifactor identification

Resetting a password needs to be highly secure. Using simple factors, such as phone verification, helps to ensure the identity of the user requesting the reset.  

Password Reset Server will automatically call the registered phone number for that user account and will give a randomized pincode. The end user must enter the pincode as a part of the reset process. If the pincode is not entered or is incorrect, then the reset will fail.
