| | JDataConnect Product Licensing JDataConnect is licensed on a per-CPU basis. Additionally, licenses are limited to the number of connections identified in the specific product choice. A license may only be deployed on an individual single-CPU server. As part of the purchase process, you will be asked to provide the computer name of the system, for which JNetDirect will issue a specific license key. Please contact our pre-sales support for additional information.
Please note that database connections and connection pools are separate concepts and are entirely unrelated to the JSQLMapper licensing scheme.

JNetDirect guarantees response within one business day; in practice, most answers are resolved within two hours. JNetDirect engineers are available to service DirectPath issues Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, United States Public Holidays excluded. DirectPath customers may also contact our general call center by telephone 24 X 7 including public holidays to request DirectPath services.
In addition to product support, DirectPath also includes free minor version upgrades for your JNetDirect products. These general maintenance releases may include important performance enhancements and other product improvements. Minor version upgrades are only available to DirectPath customers. A minor release upgrade is designated by the following digits of the release number changing. e.g. 2.10 to 2.11 is a minor release upgrade.
Major Version Upgrade Protection At JNetDirect, we are regularly adding important features and technical improvements to remain current with industry specifications. JNetDirect Major Version Upgrade Protection for JDataConnect provides the best-value choice for keeping up with those changes. Available only at the time of product purchase, Major Version Upgrade Protection enables you immediate access to major release upgrades at no additional cost.
